I have spent most of my life in transit.
I grew up across South Africa, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the United States, and in my adulthood I have traveled extensively around the world. As a result of my nomadic upbringing, I developed an insufferable appetite for variety.
I studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where I graduated with a B.A. in Design | Media Arts. Shortly after, I enlisted in the military and served for over a year at two different stations, including a season offshore islands on Matsu. Upon completing my service, I took a year off and traveled extensively while working on a string of freelance cases from the National Taiwan Museum.
Between 2012 and 2017, I worked as the associate art director for Ogilvy & Mather and Hakuhodo Inc.
I am most prominently a designer, art director, photographer, video editor, and illustrator.
